Доставили с опозданием на сутки. Доставщикам сделала замечание на отсутствие масок и перчаток. На что меня стали оскорблять. Видимо у них в компании это нормальное поведение. Для владельцев сети: заказ 200418196472. Могу предоставить видео как меня поливают грязью доставщики.

Ждём предоплаченную доставку 6й день! Ежедневно звоним в колл-центр по несколько раз, просим разобраться, обещают разобраться и перезвонить, ни ответа ни привета, только завтраками кормят! По 3 раза в день общаемся с разными операторами, при этом надо прослушать долгий автоответчик, чтобы попасть на оператора. Отвратительное обслуживание! Даже если очень надо будет, никогда и не за что не буду ничего покупать в Леруа! Подумайте, прежде чем покупать или предоплачивать что-то у них!!!
