Заказала в Лекс окна, несмотря на то что там очень дорого, для меня важнее качество, а не цена. Качество самих стеклопакетов хорошее, Рехау, но сами работы выполнены просто отвратительно. Окна заказала осенью, а зима пришла, жутко дует, особенно в углах, где стык с подоконником и сверху тоже. Пока был гарантийный срок приезжал их мастер Дима, что то подпенил, но не помогло, а только испачкал мне белые откосы монтажной пеной, которую никак не отмыть. Гарантийный срок закончился и мастер сказал сделал все что смог. Потом я связывалась с директором, он просто выслушал меня и больше никаких действий не было. Потом вызвала мастера уже из другой фирмы, он сказал что там везде пустота, а подоконник так вообще только снимать, чтоб утеплить. Жалею что вообще связалась с Лексом.
