Обратилась к хирургу Исалову Залимхану Гаджимурадовичу , который принимает в этой клинике и позиционирует себя , как пластический хирург . Консультация была онлайн , по итогу которой , я прилетела из Самарской области специально на операцию к этому врачу . На очном приеме в день операции , мне было отказано , по необъективным причинам . «Доктор» решил , что не желает брать на себя ответственность за последствия операции , из-за моей хронической болезни . При этом разрешение на операцию от моего лечащего врача было получено . Так же у Исакова есть, то ли помощница , то ли сожительница , которая самостоятельно решила не возвращать мне предоплату за операцию, которая была отменена не по моей вине , игнорируя все законы РФ, без каких либо на то причин и только после того , как я связалась с руководителем клиники , она вернула мне её в 4 утра , при этом прислав мне чек в это же время . В ходе диалога с её стороны были нарушены все нормы субординации. Лекарь , обратите пожалуйста внимание на данную ситуацию , нужны ли вам такие «врачи» , которые бояться брать ответственность за осуществляемые услуги, ту ли профессию они выбрали в целом? Отдельно спасибо руководителю клиники , которая помогла в решении вопроса с возвратом предоплаты .
