Очень грубое отношение с посетителями. Не первый раз слышу как молодая девушка грубит посетителям. И плохое знания русского языка.

Заходила в аптеку за повязками, как и в других аптеках, за тот день, а эта была уже 3я, повязок тоже не оказалось.

Лучшая аптека в районе. Неожиданно для себя и весьма приятно был удивлён ассортиментом, приемлимыми ценами и очень качественным, быстрым и безупречным обслуживанием милой, профессиональной и приятной в общении аптекаря-провизора. Ни в одной другой аптеке мкр. Левобережный не смог найти, например, тейпы (ленты для спортивного тейпирования повреждённых зон конечностей) и кинезио-бинт, тут же они не просто были, а оказались аж в ассортименте, чем Лекарь-1 меня сразу и покорил. Теперь это моя любимая аптека, ибо по ассортименту просто вне конкуренции. Так держать. Спасибо. Странно, но у нас на остановке "Универмаг" (она же "ул. Зелёная") тоже аптека той же сети - Лекарь-1, но там и не слыхивали о том, что такое тейпы, разговаривают зачастую через губу, да и ассортимент хворает. Видимо дело не в аптечной сети в целом, а в уровне профессионализма и клиентоориентированности конкретного руководителя и сотрудников конкретного аптечного пункта. В общем, резюмирую: не сама сеть аптек Лекарь-1, а вполне конкретный аптечный пункт на ул. Библиотечная, просто лучший.

Продала неспиртовой раствор, хотя просил спиртовой. Уточнил, неспиртовой не нужен. Сам мелкий шрифт плохо читаю. Вопрос копеечный, но неприятно. Возможно она неграмотная, так бы и сказала..
