Отвратительный опыт оформления документов через контору. Подавала на оформление апостиля на диплом (его делают 45 рабочих дней). Сроки поджимали, хотя и не очень сильно, в запасе был примерно месяц. Через два с половиной месяца начала интересоваться, как же там обстоят дела, но мне никто толком ничего сказать не мог. Подошли сроки, и никакой информации. В итоге, путём звонков, имейлов (даже маму пришлось подключить!) выяснилось, что они подали на оформление апостиля через три недели, после того как я отнесла им документы! 3 недели! Объяснили они это тем, что у них болел сотрудник, который занимался моими документами, что, на мой взгляд, даже стыдно предъявлять в качестве оправдания. В итоге документы я получила за 4 дня до отъезда, ибо неделю на месте не было главы комитета, без подписи которого апостиль был бы недействительным. Опять же, по их словам, которым к тому времени я не очень доверяла. Очень неприятный опыт, деньги никто даже не подумал возвращать за несоблюдение сроков (3 недели! кошмар!) и потрепанные нервы. И отношение к клиентам совершенно наплевательское, неприятно было с сотрудниками даже разговаривать, никакой помощи по решению проблемы, никакого содействия, от меня хотели уже поскорей избавиться под конец, всем видом это показывали, слышала только дурацкие оправдания. Хотя я им ещё не каждый день названивала, а ведь очень хотелось. Не рекомендую, ищите что-нибудь поприличнее.
