Искал недорогой комп для дома. Лучшее предложение было у ЛЕДОВы. Консультант помог подобрать хорошую конфигурацию. Сравнивал цены с другими - у Ледовы немного дешевле. Привезли вовремя. На чай не вымогали :) Курьер с ЖПС. Не пришлось объяснять дорогу. Вообщем всё ГУД.

Купил себе наушники, хотя и стоимость не такая большая, персонал обслужил на 5+. Теперь наслаждаюсь музыкой. Всем советую, не пожалеете!

В конце октября в этой компании я приобрел телефон "ASUS Zenfone Max ZC550KL 3/32 Гб (90AX0105-M01770).В начале декабря телефон сломался.Так как есть гарантия от производителя- обратился в гарантийный с/ц Топаз где промурыжив меня 2 месяца в начале февраля выдали заключение о списании телефона и его замене .В тот же день приехал в ООО ТК Ледово и попросил заменить телефон.т.к. в Москве сейчас в феврале они продаются но по цене выше на 4000 ,а им возместит производитель- Asus .(так написано в заключении с/ц) Но мне они предложили только деньги по чеку с прошлогодней ценой или обращаться в суд.Ну вот сейчас обратился в мировой суд по ст.13,15,18,21 ,23 Закона о Правах Потребителя,так как добровольно они не хотят мне помочь.В общем ,в сложной ситуации ,они себя проявили нехорошо и теперь в суде надеюсь их убедить в их неправоте.
