Никогда не писала плохих отзывов, но здесь накипело! Записываясь в этот салон по телефону уточняла цену,сказали 1620, спросила делают ли дизайн, сказали-"да". Мастер достав инструменты из крафт пакета ополаскивала щипцы водой из под крана. Мне нужен был белый лак на безымянных ногтях,мастер сказала,что он быстро становится грязным. Я сказала красить белым. В итоге она покрасила криво,с затеками, наклейки приклеила буграми. Я сказала,снимайте покрьтие и делайте прозрачный лак. Покрытие мастер до конца не сняла, зато ободрала кожу на пальцах. Про белый лак мастер сказала-"я же говорила его не делать,он плохого качества, сделан в России". В итоге она выставила счет 1950 рублей за однотонное покрытие , не тот маникюр, который просила и ободрангые пальцы. Когда я удивилась, мастер пересчитала сумму и сказала 1850рублей и вместо извинений стала доказывать,что все сделано хорошо. В итоге я все оплатила. Девочки, не тратьте свое время на этот салон :выбора лаков почти нет, мастер не профессиональный,а если что то не так , вас потом и обвинят во всем!

Екатерина, добрый день. Благодарим Вас за отзыв. Не совсем понятно как это могло быть, у нас все проходит строгий контроль стерилизации, у мастеров лаков видов 200 и мастера хорошего уровня. Оставьте свой номер тел, пжл, мы разберемся с данной ситуацией. Либо позвоните по рабочему номеру и сообщите о проблеме. Уверены, мы с Вами разберемся в этом недоразумении. И вот..прошло 2 месяца..обещала прийти, показать "косяки"... мы обещали переделать, если такое имело бы место...но так и не пришла... а отзыв и ныне там...
