Я постоянный клиент Леды и могу написать более менее объективный отзыв. Химчистку выбрала по рекомендации девочек из бутика , где я постоянно покупаю одежду. Они мне сказали, что сотрудничают именно с Ледой. Плюс есть пункт приема рядом с моей работой, и по цене-качеству Леда мне подошла. У меня сейчас основную часть гардероба составляют дизайнерские дорогие вещи, которые не постираешь в стиральной машинке – только профессиональная химчистка. Свои вещи я люблю, конечно беспокоюсь об их состоянии. Перед тем как отдать одежду на химчистку всегда консультируюсь с технологом. У них тут неплохой специалист. Если какие-то риски есть, то говорят открыто. Видно что стараются к заказу каждого клиента подходит индивидуально. И постоянных клиентов ценят особенно. По качеству чистки претензий никаких нет, все загрязнения удаляются. При этом вещь сохраняет яркость красок, блеск, фурнитуру. Я когда получаю вещь после чистки, осматриваю очень внимательно. Поскольку химчистка сетевая в принципе можно сдать вещи в любом пункте, это удобно на самом деле. Ну и есть здесь прочие атрибуты сетевой компании, типа единых стандартов обслуживания, фирменной упаковке. Вещи выдают на вешалке или аккуратно сложенные. Выглаживают просто идеально! Все аккуратненько, приятно потом одевать. Еще мне нравится что с сотрудниками химчистки приятно иметь дело. Что технолог, что девочки на приеме-выдачи, работают старательно и свое дело знают. Обслуживание вежливое и быстрое. Чувствуется, что над уровнем сервиса тут работают. В общем моим основным требованиям к химчистке Леда в полной мере отвечает!
