Перестал показывать лед телевизор, хотя звук был. Позвонил в несколько сервисов, где мне говорили почти одно и то же. Речь шла о замене светодиодных лент. Когда я спрашивал, можно ли ленту заменить на такой же оригинал - отвечали нужно заказывать и ждать более 2 недель. Были только аналоги и то не у всех. Позвонил в лед-сервис, у которых как оказалось есть оригиналы всех популярных фирм. Вход в сервис-центр еле нашел, он со двора. Отдал телевизор на бесплатную диагностику, на следующий день мне уже позвонил мастер и на вотсапп прислал фотографии неисправностей. Я дал добро на замену лент, мы обговорили стоимость ремонта и в этот же день я забрал протестированный товар. Мне очень понравилась скорость исполнения заказов и наличие запчастей. Самое приятное, что дают гарантию 1 год, а не как у некоторых 3-6 месяцев.

Сдал в ремонт LED-люстру. Сделали, вернули, взяли 800 рублей. Как выяснилось было что-то с одним из диодов. Казалось бы все хорошо. Начал вешать – она горит кое-как, практически не дает света. Стеклянная поверхность, покрывающая диоды, другая. Естественным моим выводом было – что ее по какой-то причине просто заменили. Позвонил, изложил, с матами меня послали. Попробовал разобраться сам, оказалось эту стеклянную панель мастер-матершинник поставил НЕ ТОЙ СТОРОНОЙ, а она пропускает свет только в одну сторону. Позвонил еще раз, говорю, что поставили панель не той стороной, на что получил ответ: «Зачем тогда вообще люстру в ремонт приносили»))). Так что будьте готовы, если будете ремонтировать телевизор и после ремонта он будет воспроизводить картинку вовнутрь – не удивляйтесь – здесь так. И главное, не разбирайтесь потом – обматерят. Накосячил, ну, покайся. Забавный мастер там работает)).
