Отказались принимать по московскому полису ОМС. Отказываются прикреплять, ссылаясь на то, что я не имею прописки в городе, хотя данное условие уже давно отменено. Предлагают платные услуги вместо адекватной работы с пациентом, при этом на моих глазах оказали бесплатную помощь бабуле из Троицка!!!! Сама я проживаю во Внуковском. Разговор с заведующей отделения также не дал результатов: ссылается на прописку, а не на место фактического проживания и предлагает платные услуги. Отвратительно. Ни регистратура, ни заведующая отделения не боятся жалобы в Роспотребнадзор за нарушение прав на медицинское обслуживание. Не дают ни прикрепиться к ним, ни уж тем более попасть на приём и получить рецепт на препараты пациенту, имеющему бумаги от психиатра из другого региона!!

Сюда переехал тот же былой ПНД, что ранее располагался на Боровском шоссе возле остановки Боровское шоссе 56. Помещение детского отделения смотрится более лучшим и просторным, чем было на старом месте. Лучше организована запись.

Наша семья выражает благодарность диспансеру #24 на родниковой улице. Сотрудники оперативно отреагировали на запрос, приезжал врач, проконсультировал, вырисали рецепт и сами привезли! Обслуживание на 5+! Спасибо

Были у детского психиатора, надо было справку на ЦПМПК, справку не дали, услала на другой конец Москвы! Доктор неадекватная, ребенка ввела просто в транс, 100% профнепригодность, доктора себя так ведут!!!
