Врач Толкачева Наталья Юрьевна, задержала приём на 15 минут. Вышла, сказала в приказном тоне "Ждите!" и ушла в кабинет!! Абсолютно неадекватный поступок в ПЛАТНОЙ клинике. Спасибо за отличный приём!

Жанна, здравствуйте. Главный врач клиники Ходаков А.А. и врач Толкачева Н.Ю. приносят Вам искренние извинения за сложившуюся ситуацию. Хотим сообщить следующее: задержка Вашего приема произошла по причине того, что у доктора был на приеме до Вас тяжелобольной пациент и потребовалось больше времени, чем было запланировано (о чем заранее врач не знал). Конечно же, и Ваш прием был бы проведен доктором как положено по длительности. Жанна, нам жаль, что тон врача показался Вам некорректным. Главный врач провел беседу с Толкачевой Н.Ю. о недопустимости подобного, ведь наша главная задача- это комфортное пребывание пациента в клинике на всех этапах обращения.
