Коробка Лего набора была помята. Но меня об этом предупредили. Коробку сразу выбросил взяв содержимое. Снизу надо звонить, чтобы кто нибудь спустился и провел в офис.

Заказала товар, пришло подтверждение на электронный адрес. Заказ номер 35402 от 04.09.2016 Условия доставки — самовывоз, созвонилась по указанному номеру, ответили, можно приезжать в пункт выдачи, уточнили адрес, время. Перед тем, как выехать, еще раз позвонила, попросила к 12 выдать товар (опаздывала на работу). Через всю Москву проехала и прождала у проходной 40 минут, никто не вышел. По указанному тел. никто кроме автоответчика больше не ответил. Такого скотского отношения нигде еще не видел а, если бы прочла отзывы — никогда не стала бы связываться. – показать

Покупали камеру Gopro Black Hero4(30тр!). После открытия коробки и первого включения оказалась что бракованная: перезагружалась и зависала. Так как была гарантия от этого «чудного» магазина — отправили им. Камера была новая и нигде не использовалась. Поступила к ним и лежала на их СервисЦентре с декабря. В июне контора сподобилась заказать экспертизу. Экспертиза показала что камера якобы была утоплена. ВНИМАНИЕ! если отправляете товар по гарантии в эту говноконтору — предварительно обязательно з афиксируйте в каком состоянии товар отправляется у независимого эксперта. Схема кидалова проста: под видом качественного подсовывают шлак — гарантии от этих мошенников не ждите. И никто не гарантирует вам, что изначально вам не подсунут калечый товар под видом нового!
