Уже оставила отзыв на сайте, но так как он не хвалебный, его не размещают!!! Пыталась записаться по направлению, после пневмонии по полису ОМС. Звонила в декабре, сказали что квот нет и запись будет на январь, меня это устроило, т.к. по срокам мне обследование необходимо в середине января, о чем я предупредила оператора, мне сказали, что это возможно. Праздники закончились, жду звонка, потом начала сама звонить, тел. не отвечал, звонила 4 дня подряд. Дозванилась в платное отделение, они сказали ждите с вами свяжутся, вчера удалось дозвониться по указанному на сайте телефону, оператор в грубой форме сказала, что много вас таких по ОМС, ждите, но обследование будет не раньше февраля... Мне не подходит это по срокам. Такое ощущение будто клиенты по ОМС для клиники не нужны, хотя они не бесплатны и деньги за них компенсируют!!! И информация для руководителей, послушайте как общаются ваши операторы!!! Это не допустимо!!!

Уважаемая Любовь, спасибо Вам за отзыв. Запись по ОМС производится строго при наличии соответствующих документов "на руках" у пациента. В лист ожидания Вы были внесены 16.12.2019 года на прохождение диагностики в начале 2020-го года. Учитывая работу ТФОМС МО по определению объемов на 2020 год, а также очередь, сформированную с конца октября 2019 года, Вам было предложено пройти диагностику в начале февраля 2020-го. Приносим извинения за доставленные неудобства. Здоровья Вам и Вашим близким!
