Добрый день! Сдавали 03.12.2016 анализ на выявление аллергии на кошку (Поляков Иван Александрович, 14.12.2011 г.р.). Администратор сказала, чтобы мы позвонили через 3 дня и нам сообщат результат. В итоге выясняется, что результаты по тел. не оглашаются. Эл.почту тоже никто не спрашивал. Просьба выслать результаты на мою почту 0.82@mail.ru (первая- это цифра). Результаты нужные СЕГОДНЯ! А зайти к вам в клинику нет физической возможности. Спасибо!

Администрация клиники доводит до Вашего сведения, что на основании ФЗ № 323 от 11.21.2011 г. ”Об основах охраны здоровья граждан в Российской Федерации ” с изменениями от 03.10.2016 г. ст.13 ”Соблюдение врачебной тайны”, администратор не имеет право давать информацию по состоянию здоровья, включая результаты лабораторных исследований по телефону. Результаты лабораторных исследований выдаются в клинике лично при предъявлении паспорта, либо строго с разрешения пациента пересылаются на электронную почту, указанную при регистрации на лабораторную диагностику. – показать

Добрый день! Речь шла о том, что администратор сама сказала, чтобы я позвонила и она мне озвучит результат. И электронную почту она не спрашивала. Хотя в моем понимании, именно она должна была меня оповестить о правилах Вашей клиники!

Очень внимательный, доброжелательный доктор. До нее я была у нескольких неврологов в платных клиниках, и ни разу не оставалась полностью довольна, подход всегда был очень однобокий. Галина Михайловна подошла к моим проблемам комплексно, с пониманием, с учетом не только неврологии, но и общих анализов, и гормональных проблем.
