Работают по 100%-ной предоплате. Сделала заказ 5.03.24 онлайн, после чего менеджер подтвердила заказ, выслала счет, который был оплачен. Через 7-10 дней позвонили, согласовали дату и время доставки, ничего не предвещало. А потом за два дня до даты доставки заказ отменили, потому что изделие, оказывается, снято с производства и на складах отсутствует. Возмущает не это, хотя, конечно, работа логистов/менеджеров (тех, кто отвечает за актуализацию каталога) не на высоте. Возмущает, что деньги на возврат я не могу дождаться уже 2 недели, и меня продолжают кормить завтраками. Почти месяц из-за Лазурита потеряла, зато наслушалась крайне навязчивого сервиса, буквально по 30 минут могут предлагать товары, если не стопнуть. Зато товар, за который они получили деньги, доставить не смогли.
