Начала совсем недавно ходить на направление fly mix в Империю (фитнес с гамаком). Я давно искала направление, где будут задействованы все группы мышц, и чтобы в группе было не много народу. И могу сказать, это то, что я так давно искала! После тренировки тело горит, приятно болит и чувствуется как «просыпаются» все мышцы. Хочется сказать о том, что данное направление групповое, но получается тренировка персональной, так как подход и нагрузка для всех индивидуальная. Девочки, если вы давно хотите заняться спортом, привести себя в порядок, то на мой взгляд, это то, что нужно! Замечательный тренер, эффективная и интересная тренировка, малое количество людей в группе!

Занимаюсь месяц, хожу на fly yoga и fly mix. После первого посещения йоги был невероятный прилив сил, что и сподвигло меня ходить дальше) На fly mix работаем над прессом, ягодицами, руками - работает всё тело, поэтому на утро чувствуешь свои труды😅 Хочется поблагодарить тренеров: Марину Атякшеву и Наталью Майскую за индивидуальный подход к каждому и поддержку во время тренировки!
