Никогда не пишу отзывы, но со мной еще никто так не работал(!) и меня переполняет чувство благодарности сотрудникам Лайм-Тревел!) Обратились в Лайм-Тревел случайно. Рассылали запросы по разным тур. агентствам, наткнулись на сайт Лайм-Тревел. Очень удобная штука — это раздел «Подбор тура»! Вечером отправили наши требования и на следующий день перезвонила сотрудница Алена и уточнила все пожелания, бюджет и т.п. у нас были жесткие временные рамки по дням вылета и прилета и не готов был один из загран. паспортов. Алена предложила не рисковать и купить тур по готовности паспорта (и оказалась права!) Алена, спасибо за проявленное терпение! За человечность! И искреннее желание, чтобы отпуск не пропал зря — это греет)) Греет и теплая атмосфера в коллективе. Сразу понятно, что все делают одно общее дело. Благодаря опытным специалистам по подбору туров Лайм-Тревел — Алене и Кристине, а также зам. директора (по совместительству водителю трансфера) — Владимиру, наш отдых состоялся!!!Спасибо вам! P.S. паспорт и покупка тура состоялись в один день, а на следующий день мы уже были на отдыхе. Для Лайм-Тревел нет невыполнимых задач! Ваши проблемные туристы)
