Купила абонент еще на стадии строительства в мае 2015г. Открылся клуб на много позже обозначенных дат и то первоначально в тестовом режиме. Успела походить совсем не много. Официальное открытие в июне 2016г, на этот момент я была беременна и посещать не могла, т.к бассейн еще не открыли больше ничего нельзя было. Позвонила, обрисовала ситуацию, мне предложили написать заявление на заморозку. Родила, позвонила в феврале 2017г, мне сказали не волнуйтесь, всё хорошо, как только бассейн откроют, Вас известят. Открыли бассейн в июне 2017г и одновременно произошла смена юридического лица. За смену юридического лица нужно было доплатить 2000 рублей. Т. к у меня был грудной ребенок, посещать не было возможности, спросила можно ли переоформить на родственника. Сказали, да, но надо доплатить еще 2000 рублей, итого 4000 рублей. Я согласилась. В результате, когда я пришла, мне отказали. Ссылаясь на то, что договор у меня просрочен и когда я писала на заморозку, это было другое юридическое лицо. Попыталась написать заявление руководству, но на сколько я поняла оно жо руководства не дошло, в письменном тоже отказали и даже не перезвонили. Когда я им набрала, мне сказали, что типо пришёл отрицательный ответ. Вот так я потеряла свои вложенные деньги… Я уже много лет занимаюсь в других фитнесах и везде шли на встречу и решали все возникающие вопросы.

этот клуб - сплошной лохотрон! первую очередь клиентов они уже кинули. деньги взяли, а контракты потом анулироваи, ыормально поменяв арендатора клуба. текущим клиентам оставется ждать, когда теперь этот лохотрон накроет и их.
