Андрей, добрый день! Опишите подробнее, как Вы выбили деньги. Попали в аналогичную ситуацию.

Ответим Вам за Андрея - ничего выбивать не пришлось - оплату за чистку вернули Андрею по первому требованию, как и его шубу, в целости и сохранности. А вот когда Андрей начал вымогать "дополнительные компенсации" - диалог с ним прекратили.

Полный треш и обман! Шубу не почистили, сроки нарушили, по телефону врали о повреждениях и самое главное -отдали шубу неочищенной!!! с трудом выбили деньги!Держитесь подальше от этих мошенников!!!

Здравствуйте Андрей, не совсем понятно в чем именно заключается наше мошенничество и какое значение вы вкладываете в выражение "полный треш", но по Вашей ситуации нам есть что ответить... Технолог студии не рекомендовал чистить замшу на норке-поперечке с замшевыми вставками, принадлежащей Вам, по причине ее низкого качества - подобные ситуации крайне редко, но встречаются. При этом мех и подклад на шубе были почищены, деньги вернули по первому Вашему требованию, т.к. услуга не была оказана в полном объеме и мы это не отрицали. Для нас "треш" начался в тот момент, когда вы начали вымогать (другими словами мы это не можем назвать) дополнительные компенсации, угрожая при этом внедрением спам-ботов в инстаграм. В этот момент мы посчитали лишней дальнейшую полемику т.к. выполнили все обязательства со своей стороны (услуга частично предоставлена, оплата возвращена в 100% объеме) и прекратили с Вами диалог.
