Покупали тур на выходные на Черное море в Волгоградском офисе, во-первых, менеджер перенаправила нас на местного туроператора, потому что она сама не знала есть ли тур на эти даты. Во-вторых, ни каких пометок о том что снами будет ребенок не было. В-третьих в ваучере стояли завтраки, но по факту их тоже не было. Еще ужасный туроператор Саквояж Драйв, что в день отправления задержались на час без предупреждения, обратно было аналогично. В автобусе всю дорогу был включен кондиционер, на просьбы прибавить температуру или убавить мощность ни как не реагировали. Дети простыли. Не надежное агенство, очень разочарованы.

Добрый день, Артем. Спасибо, что нашли время и поделились своим мнением. Очень жаль что вы остались не довольны предоставленным качеством обслуживания. Хотелось бы немного разобраться в ситуации, так как не можем найти туриста, бронировавшего тур выходного дня на Черное море по вашим ФИО , вы лично бронировали тур? Могли бы уточнить номер договора? Сообщали ли вы нам о сложившейся ситуации? Как правило, при бронировании, все действия согласовываются с туристом, и при возникновении каких-либо проблем мы стараемся максимально быстро на них отреагировать и решить.
