купили 02.01.19 полупальто женское зимнее за 42700р (с учетом скидки). вещь очень понравилась, не смотря на дефект меховой отделки. Продавец на кассе срезала сразу ярлыки. В итоге за вечер и утро следующего дня приходит понимание, что мерзнут руки в этом зимнем пальто. Решили поменять на более дорогое с более толстым утеплителем. Нам отказали, ссылаясь что сначала экспертиза после праздников. Если докажут, что вещь некачественная, вернут деньги или разрешат обменять. И вообще надо ждать рабочие дни, чтобы все согласовать с руководством. Нет смысла пересказывать, всё, что нам наговорили. Ясно одно, если именно мне холодно в данной качественной вещи в силу своих особенностей, это я вещи на себя не умею выбирать. Слова управляющей магазина «мне в зимних вещах не холодно». Спасибо, что ткнули носом, что не умеем выбирать себе вещи. ВСЕМ СОВЕТУЮ НЕ СРЕЗАТЬ ЯРЛЫКИ В ПЕРВЫЕ ДНИ НОСКИ, ЧТОБ СДАТЬ БЕЗ ПРОБЛЕМ МОГЛИ
