Был записан 20.05 на 21:00, к врачу попали только в 22:00, врачи то хорошие и они не виноваты, но по ним было видно, что они там еле успевают. Организация работы сильно хромает. Можно понять задержку в 15 минут и даже в пол часа, но не в час.

Приносим свои извинения за то, что возникла такая ситуация, и Вы потратили больше времени, чем планировалось. Но сейчас сложно прогнозировать активность клиентов, в связи с выходными и т.д. Будем стараться не допускать таких ситуаций.

Сегодня были на приёме в клинике с нашей Понкой. Доброжелательная атмосфера, знающие своё дело мед персонал. Всё объяснили толково. Молодцы девчонки!!! Так держать!!! Спасибо Вам большое!!! До этого проходили лечение на Жирновского. Просто небо и земля, нет даже близко ничего общего. Советую ребята сюда. Честно.
