Регулярно посещаю столовую в БЦ, горячее есть не возможно, цены явно завышены. Печень: вся жилистая, оладьи не прожевать ; котлеты: к куриным вопросов нет, а вот домашние были полусырые, да, мне сотрудники спокойно поменяли и объяснили это тем,что мясо такое пришло в столовую ( правда не вижу взаимосвязи между прожаркой и мясом...)) Рыба- суховатая, но кушать можно, а вот котлеты из рыбы.... это вообще кошмар, просто фарш с костями, и опять же сухоооое. Но отзыв меня заставил написать сегодняшний плов и гуляш, плов просто ужасно пересолен и переперчен, а гуляш из бывшего языка с жиром ? Вы серьезно? Замените повара... во всех ваших столовых всегда очень вкусно, но тут ужас просто. К сотрудникам и самому заведению вопросов нет
