Нашел этот Лампарт по Интернету. Сделал заказ из 5 наименований. Двух из них впоследствии не оказалось. Уже ближе к ночи привезли заказ из того что было. При приеме заказа явных недочетов не обнаружил. Но уже от курьера мы узнали, что один из светильников был из шоурума (никто нас об этом не предупредил). Уже на следующее утро мы обнаружили, что именно этот светильник неисправен: разукомплектовано крепление одного из плафонов. Оперативно обратились в фирму. Там обещали перезвонить, но уже по истечении второго дня перезвонил сам, поговорил последовательно с четырьмя менеджерами, которые словно в игре переключали меня между собой. В результате этой игры мне так никто и не сообщил, когда будет решен вопрос. Но это и правильно – деньги-то я уже заплатил. Всякое бывает, но систему (в данном случае – магазин) характеризует не то, что в ней случаются ошибки, а то как эта система эти ошибки исправляет. Тем, кто все же пожелает рискнуть сыграть с этим магазином в игру «получи свой товар» желаю удачи!!!

Заказной отзыв от недружественных конкурентов. Печально что так ведутся атаки на успешную компанию.

Компания, которая называет недружественными конкурентами своих клиентов. Это - высший класс. У меня сохранились все первичные документы, а также фотографии присланной некондиции, которую в конце концов (после написания жалобы на публичные сайты) заменили. Уважаемые покупатели, делайте выводы, о том, что вам предстоит в случае, если что-то пойдет не так.

На сайт ЛампАрт я заглянула случайно – увидела рекламу в яндексе. Интернет-магазин понравился своим ассортиментом, потом я присмотрелась к ценам и распродажам. Сделала заказ на люстру, пока что на кухню. Люстру удалось взять со скидкой в 20 процентов, за доставку не отдала ни рубля, потому что у них там акция. В общем, сплошные плюсы! Следующую покупку планирую, наверное, на светильники в спальню.
