Не удачный опыт покупки ламинатной доски в этом магазине стал для меняне приятным сюрпризом. ВВсё-таки отзывы я читал о нём в основном положительные. Но видимо пока сам не попробуешь не поймёшь. Что насторожило с самого начала, это какая то вялая активность менеджера сайта. Ничего толком не уточгив, он сказал что мне перезвонят, когда заказ будет оформлен. Позвонили через два дня, опять что то мямлил грустный голос в телефоне, а потом сказал, что только светлые цвета остались, но зачеммне светлый, когда я хотел тёмный? Я попросил тогда какую нибудь альтернативу тому ламинату что я выбрал первым. Менеджер предложил в два раза дороже, но мне такой не нужен. Короче я решил не продолжать и поиска другой, более адекватный магазин, благо их в сети не мало.

То ли я такой невезучий, то ли этот магазин занимает не подобающее положение в отношении своих клиентов. Столько рекламы, столько обещаний и всё впустую. Ламинат, который я долго и тщательно подбирал, советуясь, между прочим с менеджерами, по привозу оказался не тем, я такой даже и не видел раньше! Ошибочку давали, сказали сотрудники и исчезли. После следующего звонка, встрепенулись, сказали что такого самого ламината пока нет, возьмите другой! А накой мне другой? Если по всем параметрам, по текстуре, по цветовой гамме мне нужен этот. Промурыжив ещё три дня, в фирме уже начали ставить условия, то есть не хотите, как хотите, это что Советский Союз что ли вернулся?!. Хорошо, что ещё за мою "капризность" не потребовали моральную компенсацию!

отличная компания, менеджер свой товар знает, все доходчиво объясняет, ассортимент продукции большой, цены дешевле чем в леруа мерлен, кладовщики помогают погрузить купленный товар. рекомендую к помещению
