Работаю с компанией долго. Последний случай потихоньку изменил отношение, так как уважения к клиентам никакого. Расскажу ситуацию. Я оформила заказ, оплатила 26 февраля. Компания собрали мне посылку и отправили, но не в тот город, который указан при оформлении. При этом, в личной переписке я делала акцент на городе доставки. Как чувствовала)))) так вот, с 8 марта лежит заказ мой за 3000 км от меня. Звонила в компанию, сказали, что решили вопрос и она отправляется ко мне. Но, увы, уже 19 марта, а заказ никуда не двигался и мало того, уже пошли пени за хранение в транспортной компании. Сама я не могу ничего решить, так как отправитель должен общаться с транспортной. А отправитель никак действий не предпринимает. Сначала я нормально отнеслись на то, что посылка не там, понимаю, что все мы можем ошибаться. Но когда тот, кто ошибся ни извиниться не хочет, не быстро разрешить ситуацию, это уже в корне начинает менять отношение. Поэтому моя оценка 1 за наплевательское отношение к клиентам. Я с компанией уже несколько лет.
