Давно не была так расстроена и разочарована. Началось с мытья головы, почему-то мастер пожалела полотенце и с первых минут пребывания в салоне я сидела с мокрой спиной. Далее — химическая завивка, состав едкий, вонючий, волосы пережгли, теперь на голове «жесткая мочалка», которую проблематично расчесать, невозможно уложить даже после попытки накрутить волосы на бигуди и напоминает Страшилу из «Волшебника Изумрудного города», больше туда ни ногой. Да, не написала, мастер Жанна. Очень не люблю оби жать людей, но это крик души! – показать

Здравствуйте, приносим глубочайшие извинения за испорченные волосы!К сожалению Жанна не сообщила что плохо владеет хим.завивкой, была проведена беседа и мастер уволен. Мы предлагаем Вам бесплатную процедуру по уходу за волосами, что бы исправить на сколько возможно повреждения — экранирование, ламинирование, уход, на ваш выбор.Сейчас у нас работают два мастера высокого уровня, за них ручаемся!Спасибо за ваш отзыв.
