Вы решили купить тур в Лагуне? Бегите глупцы. Это самое ужасное турагентство которое только может быть. В апреле 2019 заказывали тур в абхазию. С нами связался директор и сказал что вылетов на эти даты нет, но отель он забронирует, а авиабилеты появятся ближе к вылету. Мы перечислили всю сумму на 4 взрослых и нас заверили что сообщат дату и время вылета позднее. В конце апреля мы снова набрали его номер телефона и услышали в трубке грубый ответ, что раз он обещал то все сделает и нечего названивать. Разбираться не стали- мало ли у человека плохой день был. Но в начале мая нас сильно залили соседи и ехать отдыхать уже не было не сил ни настроения. Мы решили отказаться от тура. Директор нас заверил что будет пытаться вернуть деньги с отеля(билеты на самолёт так оплачены и не были ) мы согласились на неустойку в связи с отказом. Но директор просил подождать 2 недели и деньги вернёт в полном объеме. Прошла неделя, месяц, два тур уже просрочился а денег все нет. На звонки то отвечал то нет. Кричал что все вернёт но он сейчас на отдыхе/больнице/мастерской и т.д кинул на карту 6 тысяч из 46 и затух Потом ещё 10 и все. Сейчас декабрь. Денег нет. Плакал в трубку что агентства не существует и он просит отсрочки что типо прогорел. Просил неделю это было в сентябре. Никогда и ничего там не берите а то будете мучаться как мы с этим лжедиректором.

Друзья, не обращайтесь в данное агенство. Мужик там что-то проворачивает, очень и очень долго отдает документы на тур. Нам сказал, что всё оплатил, потом оказалась, что он даже не купил этот тур, пришлось выбирать другой спустя 2 месяца. Конечно цены уже выше. Ему пришлось доплатить из своего кармана 20тыс. На звонки не отвечает, пропадает. Один стресс. В итоге улетели с горем пополам, но на неделю позже, не как планировали. Потом,как оказалось, не мы одни такие. Ещё минимум три случая.
