Дополнительная звезда за богатый ассортимент. В остальном, высокие цены, вечная очередь, консультируют по вопросу запчасти без энтузиазма.

Спасибо за отзыв! Артур, возможно наши цены кому-то и покажутся дорогими наряду с другими магазинами, но в отличие от большинства наших конкурентов - в магазинах группы компаний "Ладья" максимально реализован клиентский сервис: это возврат, это обмен, это круглосуточная служба поддержки клиентов по телефону +73472900474. Это недосягаемое преимущество, которое требует вложений в конечную цену, но как показывает 25-летняя история развития компании - наш ставка на достойный клиентский сервис полностью оправданна! Стабильный поток клиентов которые готовы ждать в очереди игнорируя другие более разгруженные и непопулярные магазины - говорит о том, что у нас есть зачем возвращаться и по какой причине ждать!

Магазин отличный, запчасти в наличии всегда, по крайней мере какие были нужны это время) Взрослый мужчина продавец грубоватый, пару раз даже так не хотя отвечал, как будто он царёк всея Руси, видимо ему нельзя так много работать, уж дайте ему пару выходных , только это огорчает, а в общем все отлично.
