Очень хороший магазин для девушек. Мне нужно было найти ободок или какое-нибудь украшение на волосы. Очень большой выбор. Есть разные повязки, ободки, заколки. Ободки с цветами, с бантиками и пр. Цены от 130 рублей. Есть за 59 рублей, но они очень просто выглядят. Есть прикольные повязки в виде бус . Выбор просто огромный

Купила на прошлой неделе ожерелье. Когда я его надела, отцепился конец цепочки за застежкой. Для меня это было некритично, но через 3 дня носки ожерелье облезло, на шее оставались синие следы от него. Поехала делать возврат, и администратор не хотела принимать его со словами, что я должна возвратить изделие в том виде, в котором покупала, прицепить конец цепочки обратно. Она делала это в унизительной, издевательской манере, переглядываясь при этом с продавцом с насмешливой улыбкой. Интересно, с какой стати клиент должен сам ремонтировать брак? Очень жаль, что сотрудники Lady collection позволяют так себя вести и их не учат клиентоориентированности. Я точно больше в этот магазин не приду и никому не посоветую.
