Хорошие и отзывчивые воспитатели, много игрушек у малышей, вмдно что детки довольны и счастливы! Из минусов - общение с заведующей дистанционно, я так поняла она не появляется в саду. Мне как потенциальному клиенту общение показалось невежливым и хамоватым, как будто я уже что то кому то должна хотя звонила проконсультироваться. Договор может быть составлен задним числом. Оплата исключительно наличными (что тоже как то подозрительно). Детская площадка не фонтан; в муссорке на огороженной детской площадке бутылки из под алкоголя, битое стекло и окурки. Детская площадка примыкает вплотную к лесу, что тоже не есть очень хорошо. Например пожилая воспитательница не заметит и ребенок уйдет бродить по лесу. В общем впечатление неоднозначное.

Вы сами сказали, что Вам нужно было очень срочно в сад, прямо чуть ли не на следующий день, пока я находилась в другом регионе в командировке. Поэтому Вам пошли на встречу и предложили оплатить услуги наличными, что законно (мы выдаем бланки строгой отчетности с печатью) и во возращению меня в Москву, заключить договор. Вам шли на встречу, но Вы перевернули все слова и выставили это в отзыв. Ничего страшного, в Трехгорке мы воспитали более 1000 детей с 2011 года и родители, которые посещали сад, очень благодарны, когда семьи пополнялись, приводили следующих, жаль, что Вы так поспешно и негативно оценили сад - по звонку. Площадка нам не принадлежит, мы ее по утрам убирали всегда после жителей района, в котором Вы купили квартиру. Вопрос к дворникам и администрации, почему Ваши площадки в таком состоянии.
