Был в городе с ребёнком на детском турнире. Номер был чистый, не прокуренный, санузлы тоже чистые, кровать и постель свежие, на ресепшене сотрудники вежливые, адекватные. Недорогой, но очень хороший отель. Рекомендую.

Ни в коем случае не заселяйтесь в эту гостиницу. Сервис ужасный, с температурой в номерах проблема, в номерах запах, отсутствуют гигиенические принадлежности. Завтраки и обслуживание отвратительное. Пришли на завтрак, нам запретили садиться за столы так как приехали спортсмены и завтрак для них. Хотя завтрак оплачен. В итоге посадили за грязный ненакрытый стол, на старые стулья со склада. Часть коллег заселились рядом в Поручик Галицын, небо и земля хотя ценовой сегмент одинаковый.

Доброго времени суток, Максим! Приносим свои извинения за доставленные неудобства! В номерах температура регулируется, достаточно было попросить об этом администратора. Гигиенические принадлежности: мыло, шампунь, гель для душа всегда есть в номерах. Сожалеем, что на завтраке Вам пришлось пересесть за другой стол, и хотя он был не накрыт, но чистый, со скатертью, и с абсолютно такими же стульями, как и во всём кафе. И у нас для Вас хорошая новость! В марте мы открываем новое кафе! С новыми стульями))). Уверена, Вам там очень понравится! Будем рады Вас видеть!
