Добрый день.24.05.17 позвонила в салон для записи на коррекцию 2-х зон к Светлане Ким, в ответ администратор сообщила, что необходимо внести предоплату для записи. Для внесения предоплаты пришлет номер счета и ВСЕ больше никаких документов. Так не работают с передачей денежных средств. Если берете деньги, будьте добры — предоставить чеки, либо другие платежные документы. Подъехать заранее для внесения предоплаты в салон нет возможности, проживаю в другом городе. Да и для чего тогда существу ет предварительная запись, если для получения платежных документов нужно приехать в салон, тогда только запишут на процедуру! На доводы, что я уже была на двух процедурах в Вашем салоне, имею запас доверия и прошу записать без предоплаты, получила отказ в записи. При просьбе связаться со мной руководителя салона — Ким С., администратор так же отказала, с комментарием «Светлана очень занята ВСЕГДА». Очень жаль, что со своими постоянными клиентами вы общаетесь в такой форме.((( – показать

Была у Светланы Ким в салоне ДеМаре не один раз на процедуре. Всегда довольна результатом. Негативный отзыв о правилах стерильности процедуры считаю необоснованным. Я врач, знаю все требования к данным процедурам: в салоне используется одноразовый инструментарий, иглы и прочие материалы вскрываются при клиенте. Доверяю и рекомендую своим пациентам именно Светлану Ким.
