Анализ на ковид застрял в процессе исследования. Предупреждали, что вместо 2 суток, результата придётся ждать 3. Идут шестые сутки с момента сдачи анализа, операторы приносят извинения, объясняют задержку перегрузкой системы и не желают вернуть деньги за неоказанную, в общем-то, услугу.

Результаты теста на ковид делают больше трёх дней. Не способны даже на третьи сутки сказать когда будет все готово . Если деньги берете так хотя бы делайте свою работу в срок

Недавно сдавала тут биохимию, попала на комплекс со скидкой 82%, на следующий день пришло сообщение о готовности результатов, по одному показателю выявили отклонение, остальное все в норме. Немного подлечусь и за повторным анализом обращусь снова в Гемотест. Поэтому моя оценка - 5 звезд.

Здорово, что у них всегда есть акции на комплексы услуг и праздничные распродажи, плюс по возрасту есть скидка. Ну и качество услуг в Гемотесте на хорошем уровне. Поэтому и сама сюда хожу, и родителей пенсионеров привожу, и остальным советую).
