Очень сомнительное заведение, нужно было поставить капельницу, но сотрудники попросили принести с собой не только лекарства но и расходные материалы( шприцы, системы) в головном офисе сказали, что это входит в стоимость процедуры, но в этом филиале ответили, что нет! Вопрос за что берут деньги?

Добрый день. Спасибо Вам за информацию. Напишите пожалуйста ваше ФИО, номер заказа и дату посещения. Мы проанализируем все обстоятельства по данному инциденту и запросим объяснения у сотрудников. В случае, если ситуация действительно имеет место быть, то в целях исключения подобного в будущем, к ответственному сотруднику будут применены меры дисциплинарного характера и проведена разъяснительная беседа о необходимости неукоснительного соблюдения должностных инструкций.
