Обратилась всего один раз для сдачи анализа. Отвратительное отношение! Очень была удивлена отношением администратора, которая не знала как правильно называется анализ. Звонила для консультации в центральный офис. Все это время на меня был обращен негатив этой женщины ближе к пенсионному возрасту. Очень неприветливое было общение. Далее пришла за результатом, тоже волна негатива на меня было обращена. Как в советское время. Делает все медленно, глаз не поднимает, бубнит под нос, пытается показать высокомерие. Совершенно неклиентоориентированая компания! (на Проспекте Защитников Москвы). Больше туда никогда не пойдем благо рядом много медицинских лабораторий где все приветливы, подскажут, возьмут быстро и правильно анализы и спасибо скажут! – показать
