Покупал квартиру в ипотеку, обратился в агентство Ла Терра. Выбранная квартира требовала тщательной проверки и имела длинную историю. Сопровождением сделки и проверкой квартиры занимался Олег Марченко. Все документы продавца проверил, рассказал где какие нюансы и подводные камни, отвечал на все мои вопросы за это ему огромное спасибо. Также хочу поблагодарить Левину Екатерину, занимавшуюся проработкой ипотечного договора с банком. Когда менеджер банка начал затягивать срок подписания кредитного договора, предварительно одобренной ипотеки, к общению с банком подключилась Лачугина Светлана Анатольевна и лично присутствовала на подписании ипотечного договора. За это хочу выразить ей отдельную благодарность. Спасибо агентству Ла Терра, за то, что я теперь обладатель квартиры в нужном мне районе.

Решили с мужем подарить сыну квартиру на свадьбу, у молодой семьи, которая ждет ребенка должно быть свое жилье. Обратились в Ла Терра, за 1,5 недели нам показали больше 2х десятков квартир, но это того стоило, нашли идеальную. По расценкам хочу сказать, что в Ла Терре цены на 20-30% меньше, чем у конкурентов. Выбрали просторную 2х-комнатную квартиру в панельном доме.
