Народу здесь немного, внимание есть к каждому посетителю. Ничего не навязывают но посоветовать могут то, что именно вам и нужно. Купила и была довольна покупкой. Находится рядом с метро Чертановская.

В чертаново не так много мест, куда можно пойти "погулять" в обеденный перерыв. Пару раз мы пробовали ходить в л'этуаль. Первые несколько раз ходили за кремами для рук, гелями для кутикулы и другой мелочью. Консультантов - ноль. Обе девушки на кассе, в зале спросить некого, ищи как хочешь. К слову сказать, цены тут (как и во всей сети) не выглядят адекватными, видела аналогичные товары дешевле. Больше всего расстроил последний поход туда: коллега выбирала себе духи. Стоим, смотрим духи, а в двух шагах от нас стоит охранник и откровенно "пасет". Мы в сторону - он в сторону. Проводил прямо до выхода. Неприятно.
