Сегодня 04.03.2013 Ь. Новогиреево была в магазине 5Л'Этуаль И была шокирована, кассир Екатерина как по хамски себя вела, огрызалась, с покупателями не пробивала накопительные карты …. И самое главное в магазине бардак все валяется (косметика ) куда писать данную жалобу я не знаю. Нашла этот форум … Таких продавцов как Екатерина которые не умеют работать с покупателями надо наказывать. Но я это дело так не оставлю найду сайт куда написать чтоб ее наказали…

Ужасно.Не ориентированы на клиента. В магазинах сети = не действуют скидки, указанные на сайте. Не возможность оплаты заказа по факту получения (самовывоз) в магазинах сети = требуют 100% предоплату, даже если нужный товар находится в наличии и в больших количествах в магазинах.

Очень плохое обслуживание. Консультанты относятся к клиентам с принебрижением, при этом проконсультировать по ассортименту не в состоянии. Второй раз выхожу из магазина с плохим настроением и без запланируемых покупок.

Не внимательные консультанты, вообще не обращают внимание на клиентов , ассортимент собственно как и во всех летуалях, больше всего возмутил охранник который сделал замечание что я фоткаю духи, запах которых понравился ,это у них нельзя оказывается !!
