Иногда вынуждена совершать покупки в данном магазине.Ассортимент маленький,консультанты ходят за тобой по пятам с видом,будто ты у них дома пытаешься что-то украсть. Никакого доброжелательного отношения. Все очень медленно и «туго» от улыбки до компетентности

Сразу скажу, что всегда не очень любила данную сеть магазинов, в-первую очередь из-за того, что масштабы торговых точек не соответствуют количеству работающего персонала (его катастрофически мало). Поэтому когда образовалось свободное время, а рядом был только этот магазин с косметикой, пришлось идти именно туда. Я конкретно знала, что мне нужно, но понятия не имела где находился данный товар, поэтому начала носиться по магазину в поисках консультанта. В итоге поняла, что в зале всего один консультант и девушка продавец на кассе. Все. И это в субботу вечером в огромном ТЦ. Печально, очень печально. Стоять у консультанта и ждать помощи мне не хотелось, поэтому взяла пилочку для лапок (вот за нее 5+) и пошла на кассу, а могла еще как минимум два товара купить. На кассе все было долго и не очень вежливо. Пакет мне выдали со словами "Всё. До свидания". То есть ни стандартное "Приходите к нам еще" или что-то в этом роде. Хорошо. Все так все, больше в магазины данной сети ни ногой.
