И кстати о тех кто просто выкладывает объект! Реклама на всех носителях ПЛАТНАЯ мы на каждый принятый нами объект недвижимости тратим не менее 3000 р на рекламу в НЕДЕЛЮ плюс показы( бензин) и личное время. И нервы тк к каждому клиенту нужен свой подход.вот и решайте 3% это много или мало наша зарплата.а если вам кажется что это легко я с удовольствием возьму вас к нам на работу.с уважением Елена.

Да.купили люди через наше агентство квартиру по очень выгодной цене.отказались от нашего юриста и оформляли покупку сами.наше агентство предоставило услуги только по подбору квартиры.и были рядом на каждом этапе сделки т.к. несли ответственность перед продавцом.сделка прошла успешно! А если Вы экономите на юридической помощи опытного специалиста ,то должны понимать что сбором документов и справок вы занимаетесь сами.но при этом мы сопровождали и контролировали сделку до получения документов.
