Ввели в заблуждение с объектом ЖК Пятиречье дом 3. Сказали в августе сдача 2019 года. Уже конец декабря 2019 года - зябкий август. Спасибо, за то, что ввели в заблуждение и ждем, как дураки, а сами небось риэлторы съездили на море и отдохнули, а мы ждем свою квартиру до сих пор.

Уважаемые клиенты! Мы ни в коей мере не хотели Вас ввести в заблуждение. Услышав о Вашем желании, приобрести квартиру в Дмитровском районе, Вам было предоставлено несколько вариантов на выбор, как в новостройках так и вторичное жильё. Вам понравилась квартира, которая устроила Вас по цене и по дальности расположения от Москвы. Мы Вас ознакомили со всеми "+" и "-" данного объекта, показали Вам офис продаж и центральный офис, где Вы могли ознакомиться с документами застройщика. Все требуемые Вами документы по покупке выбранной квартиры, были предоставлены Вам и Вашему юристу для ознакомления. А так же Вы были поставлены в известность, о том что данная квартира расположена в доме, который ещё не был введен в эксплуатацию, и мы с Вами даже посетили строительство этого дома, где Вы побывали и осмотрели свою покупку. Лично Вами, в присутствии Вашего юриста, был подписан договор переуступки прав долевого участия в строительстве. Так что о введении Вас в заблуждение не может быть и речи. Но хочу Вам сказать, что в настоящее время Администрация активно ищет выход из сложившейся ситуации. Поэтому нужно набраться немного терпения.
