Ужасный сервис, давно я такого не встречала ни в Москве ни в Моск.обл. В пятницу, собираясь к подруге в Нахабино, промониторили рынок местных такси, т.к. понимали, что из Москвы будет проблематично таксистам доехать. Позвонили, уточнили цену, уточнили, будут ли проблемы с заказом в пятницу вечером. Нам ответили, что никаких проблем не будет, но лучше заказ сделать за час. Так мы и поступили: вечером, когда пора было выдвигаться обратно в Москву позвонили в такси и вызвали машину через час. Час прошел, никто не звонит, через 5 минут звоню сама, уточняю: машина задерживается в пробке на 15 минут. Ок, все бывает (хотя какая пробка может быть в Нахабино не понятно, тк весь смысл был в том, что машина местная и не должна ехать из Москвы в пятницу-то вечером. Ну ладно, сказали на 15 минут, значит, сейчас подъедет, ждем). Проходит еще 20 минут - никто не звонит. Звоню сама и получаю следующую информацию: машина в пробке, когда будет не известно. На этот счет у меня было несколько замечаний ибо: 1. машина была заказана за час, 2. уже дважды просрочено обещанное время и при этом никто не подумал мне позвонить и сообщить об этом, 3. никто даже не подумал извиниться. На мое возмущение оператор выдает фразу: "Закажите такси в другом месте". Ага: ночь, незнакомый город, пятница, 40 минут пустого ожидания при заказе, сделанном заранее. Прекрасно!!! Лезу в интернет, нахожу другое такси, вызываю - через пять минут мчусь, в итоге отдаю на 50 руб. дешевле. Кстати на пути моего следования до Москвы не было ни одной пробки в обратную сторону (т.к. уже 1 час ночи)...
