Сотрудники не отвечают на вопросы, не дают обратную связь. Чтобы заказать мебель и уточнить все детали, нужно быть супер-настойчивым. Именно поэтому выбрала другого производителя.

Обратилась в Кузнецов по рекомендации в соседском чате. Отправила запрос. Мне ответили практически сразу. Ребята делали мне два шкафа в детскую. В процессе работы были некоторые замечания, мне казалось, что у меня более проактивная позиция, чем у работающей со мной девушки. Но результат мне понравился. И нравится до сих пор, спустя 4 месяца. И мне понравилось, как ребята сработали, когда выяснилось, что тумба от стола не желтая, как по плану, а серая))) забрали и перекрасили в течение 2—3 недель . – показать

Комментарий: Отличная компания! Заказывали всю мебель у них. Очень внимательны к клиентам, учтены все пожелания, всё было выполнено в срок. Мы остались довольны.
