Мы хотели пройти диагностику в Чистополи,а операцию в Казани. Первый Минус ставим за то что хотели пройти диагностику для операции на коррекцию зрения и сдать сразу анализы ,а после диагностики узнаем ,что записи нашей нет,хотя заранее записались. И второй огромный минус,что звонили договорились пройти диагностику в пятницу и если все хорошо ,в субботу сделать операцию,все нас записали. И вот получается мы отпросились на работе,приехали прошли диагностику.Сказали позвонить в клинику в Казани как примем решение какую технологию выберем . Мы позвонили ,нас спросили технологию,адрес по которому мы хотим приехать делать операцию,мы сказали на Лобачевского. Нам вприницпе без разницы. И нам заявляют что ,а оказывается он на диагностике ,и нам придётся перенести. Я думаю об этом можно было предупредить чтобы мы отпросились когда аппарат работал. При записи предварительной на операцию нам ничего не говорили. Мы в итоге уходим . Нам через часа три звонят и говорят ,а вы в субботу то будете операцию делать у нас ? Мы говорим так он же у вас на диагностике??? Они говорят так он же на Лобачевского на диагностике,а в другом месте нет. Почему нельзя этого было сказать сразу чтобы избежать недопонимания и потери клиента? Да и мы все равно уже не успеем,анализы так быстро не сделать,надеялись что сделают анализы в клинике.
