Побывав в данном бизнес-центре пару раз, попробую написать объективные отзыв. Начнём с фасада. Лично мне понравилась архитектура здания. Все очень лаконично и аккуратно. Удобное месторасположение. БЦ находится в шаговой доступности от метро Кунцевская и ж/д платформы Кунцево-1. Как писалось ранее, у бц очень маленькая верхняя парковка. На первом этаже есть магазин, цветочный магазин, небольшое кафе здоровой еды, сервис Apple и банкоматы. Также за турникетами находится Кофе Поинт. Там работают очень милые женщины. Проход осуществляется по заявкам от той компании, в которую вы идёте и при этом предъявив паспорт. В этом БЦ сидят такие компании как Самолёт, Лента, Бристоль. На этажах и в туалетах всегда чисто. На втором этаже находится столовая,еда там вкусная, а тараканов я не увидел. Не могу сказать минус это или плюс, но в столовую могут попасть только посетители бц. Оцениваю БЦ на твёрдую 4. Есть над чем работать и куда расти. Надеюсь, мой отзыв будет кому то полезен.

Зачем пропуск сделали по звонку? Вечно на ресепшен приходишь, и говорят, а заявки нет. Звонишь в фирму час назад заявка отправленна была, в итоге еще раз заказывают, опять ждешь по 20 мин и о чудо!!! Опять нету!!!;!! И недовольный сотрудник вынужден спускаться вниз!! Верните вход по паспорту, я задолбалась вечно стоять и ждать этот пропуск!!! Который в последнее время не доходит до секретарш

Ужасный бизнес-центр. Летом духота ужасная, в офисах температура достигает +30 градусов. Арендодатель экономит на вентиляции. Припарковаться невозможно. Стоимость официальной платной парковки в месяц стоит 17 500 руб. Бесплатной парковки нет- охранники центра монополизировали все места и при этом иногда сами специально вызывают эвакуаторщиков, чтобы им платили за стоянку- которая почти всегда полупустая. Не советую здесь арендовать офис. Не соответствует своему заявленному классу.
