Получила смс извещение, а том что курьер приедет в течение дня, ждала весь день, никто не приехал и не позвонил. На следующий день позвонила в службу пони экспресс, говорят большая загруженность была. Спрашиваю, почему вчера, мне никто не позвонил, и не предупредил что вы не приедете? На следующий день опять смс извещение, о том что курьер при едет в течение дня. Прошу, сориентируйте когда примерно будет курьер, Я ведь не могу опять отпрашиваться с работы на целый день. Мне ответили что так не принято, курьеры заранее не предупреждают, и что курьер позвонит только за час. Получается что доставку пони экспресс, можно ждать целыми днями, а они, просто не приедут! И даже, не предупредят вас об этом! Вот и думайте, нужна вам такая доставка?

В ужасе! Отправила письмо с приглашением на свадьбу бабушке, с которой даже нет возможности по телефону поговорить, т.к. она не слышит и в итоге... Письмо дошло и его даже получили, только не знаю куда и кто получил. Человека с такой фамилией не знаю, более того на этой улице такие не проживают! Насколько нужно быть слабоумным, чтобы даже не сверить ФИО получателя с фамилией человека, которому отдаешь, я уже не говорю про адрес! Операторы ничего внятного ответить не могут, телефон курьера не дают личная информация говорят
