Мы с мужем ходили на семинар выходного дня для подготовки к совместным родам. Было пятичасовое занятие с небольшими перерывами, очень насыщенное. Много чего было… Теоретические лекции, техники самомассажа, позы на схватках, подробно охватили тему партнерских родов. Удобно что занятие проходило в выходной день. После окончания курса нам дали сертификат на партнерские роды. Курс мне понравился! Прекрасные специалисты, отличное отношение, только нужная информация и упражнения, никакой воды.
