Полный отстой, в номерах холодно, отмечали новый год, горячее подали только к 2 часам ночи. Ведущий и диджей на своей волне, как на дискотеке в самой глухой деревне.

Андрей, очень сожалею, что Ваше новогоднее торжество было омрачено таким безобразным сервисом. Но, к счастью, перемены случаются и отзывы гостей действительно помогают улучшить сервис в сфере гостеприимства. Спешу сообщить Вам, что здание полностью реновировано и сменился владелец. С 1 января 2023 года исторический отель "Курхаус Кранц" вновь распахнул двери для гостей и жителей города Зеленоградска. Мы рады предложить Вам просторные комфортабельные номера. А на первом этаже здания, где расположен отель, находится ресторан «БАЛТ . Печь . Сыроварня . Лавка» и ремесленная пекарня «Хлеб». Ресторан «БАЛТ» - это современная континентальная и региональная гастрономия. Как и древние племена балтов для приготовления блюд и напитков наш шеф-повар использует творения живой природы: продукцию местных фермеров, охотников, рыболовов и собирателей. Добро пожаловать! Отель - отвратительный! Бельё не первой свежести, течёт сантехника, прокуренные номера, кухня - объедки с "большого пира", персонал не компетентный. Настойчиво не советую эту помойку!

Валерия, очень сожалею, что в 2018 году Вы остались полностью разочарованы сервисом. К счастью, перемены случаются. Хочу сообщить Вам, что здание отеля было полностью реновировано, поменялся владелец. С 1 января 2023 года исторический отель "Курхаус Кранц" распахнул свои двери для жителей и гостей города Зеленоградска. Номера оборудованы сейфом, холодильником, телефоном для внутренней связи, ТВ, феном, чайником c чайными принадлежностями. Во всех номерах блэкауты, полный набор предметов гостеприимства: халаты, тапочки, косметика. Будем рады видеть Вас у нас в гостях! С наилучшими пожеланиями, управляющий отелем Наталья
