работа магазина проверяется при косяках. одни готовы помочь клиенту, а другие нет. к сожалению эта компания как раз из тех, кому наплевать на ваши проблемы. еще и менеджер хамоватый пофигист. в общем не рекомендую..

Очень понравилось.Не успела я выбрать товар и сделать заказ,как мне перезвонили и предложили приехать и забрать выбранный товар.Продавец очень приветливый .Всё показал и рассказал о выбраном мною товаре.Молодцы!

Такое впечатление, что менеджеров набирают из бывших коллекторов. Кто вас учил так общаться? Сами нахамили — сами отменили заказ, отказавшись обсуждать время доставки. Оплата только налом.

Комментарий: Заказы тут принимают только через корзину, но на мой взгляд это удобнее. Я все выбрал, оформил заказ, менеджер буквально через 20 минут перезвонил на счет доставки. Курьер приехал через день, как и планировалось. С товаром, документами и сдачей. Спс.

Достоинства: Отсутствие приема заказов через телефон и плюс и минус одновременно, но сайт достаточно понятно и просто сделан.. Так что сами все сделали без проблем Недостатки: заказы по телефону не принимают Комментарий: Регулярно закупаем дочери аксессуары всякие для скрипки.

Три года назад,, через интернет купил у вас 7 струнную гитару Doff RG. Знаю выбрать надо руками и ушами, но мне достался очень качественный инструмент и я в нем души не чаю. СПАСИБО!!!
